The exterior
The 200 m² deck holds the whole day. The private 17 m² pool and its loungers catch the morning sun; the pergola table and gas BBQ take the midday meal; the shaded gazebo offers a quiet retreat; and the fire-pit lounge at the edge of the terrace is where the evening ends. Beyond it there is only the sand and the water.

17 m² private heated pool · 200 m² terrace
A private 17 m² pool is set into the wooden deck at the centre of the 200 m² terrace. It is 1.5 m deep throughout, heated on request, and lined with sun loungers, a shaded gazebo and a poolside shower just a few steps from the water.
Seats 8 · gas BBQ station
A wooden pergola covers the outdoor dining table for eight, set beside a dedicated BBQ station with a gas grill, sink and mini fridge. It is close enough to the kitchen to serve easily and close enough to the sea to feel like part of the view.
Decked terrace · sunset view
A second sitting area at the edge of the deck gathers around a fire pit with low sofas, poufs and soft lighting. It faces the water and is far enough from the house to feel private after dark, with the sound of the sea just below.
Direct beachfront · SUP included
The sand begins where the terrace ends. Casa Negro has direct beach access, so the water is only a few metres from the deck. A SUP board is included for exploring the coastline, and the shallow shoreline makes swimming easy from early morning to late evening.
